Flea Market 08.05.10
The Flea Market yesterday was considerably a success to me. The weather yesterday was cloudy and cooling. I am lucky to have my stall located just beside the Youth Park stage.Really like to thank all my friends who came down specially to give me their support after receiving my email invitation. They have bought a handful of accessories from me and I am really touched by their gestures and support….Thank you Xin Yu and her sister!!!
I am delighted that my creations have attracted Koreans. On my last flea market, a Korean mother bought several accessories from me. Yesterday, a Korean lady bought three pairs of earrings. This was what happened; this Korean lady stopped at my stall and looked at the accessories displayed on the table. Soon, she walked off and I thought the lady was only window shopping. Unexpectedly, she came back and bought three pairs of earrings. I am very happy as my creation not only attracted locals but also foreigners. This incident has motivated me to work even harder and come up with more creative designs.
Last but not least, one of my bracelets was almost stolen. A lady tried to steal it while I was not paying attention. Luckily, when I turned to look at her, she immediately reacted differently by acting blur and put down the bracelet and asking the prices of other accessories. After much queries, she walked off proudly. This incident taught me to be more careful.
Today is mother day I wish all the mother in the world Happy Mother day!!!
